TVmediaPlayer^TM is not technically a content provider source; but a multi-platform application that connects to third-party live and on-demand content. All content streamed through our application is being linked to (framed) and being provided through a third-party Stream Service Provider (SSP) and a third-party streamer (alleged content owner or authorized content distributor) or official content owner's site (either assumed or implied by the provider.) We assume that, since streamers have agreed to abide by the SSP's non-infringement policies, that all content being linked to is legal (unless there's a copyright claim and that specific streamer is taken down by the SSP.) We only list content providers from "hand-picked" and very specific SSPs (that require some form of non-infringement agreements/requirements on behalf of the streamers.) We hereby officially deny any ownership and/or official affiliation with any third-party content providers and/or streamers. We are not responsible for any content, inconvenience, financial and/or any other form of calculable or incalculable loss you may encounter as a direct or indirect result of using our application and/or the misuse of others and/or any alleged infringement claim. However... since the streamer is agreeing to a non-infringement agreement with the SSP/s (and, therefore--by default--claiming either ownership or authorization to stream the content; or claim to not be breaking the law through their activities)... if you feel that any content linked to, within our application, may be infringing on your intellectual property, we strongly suggest that you get in contact with the source (either the SSP or the streamer.) We are not responsible for content streamed by any third-party.
